CITES

Our exotic leather goods are crafted in full compliance with Canadian regulations. However, many of these leathers are protected under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). This means that transporting your piece across international borders may require official CITES export documentation. Without the proper paperwork, customs authorities may seize the item, and Pila Luxuria cannot be held liable for such actions. Please check your local regulations before traveling or exporting your purchase to ensure smooth passage. Alligator, crocodile, shark, and python fall under these guidelines. All other Pila Luxuria leathers do not.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your piece. Returns will be processed when we have received the piece and ensure it is still in as-new condition. All additions included with the product’s packaging must be returned along with the item. Damaged or notably worn pieces will be refused for returns or exchanges.

Repairs

In the event a product is damaged or requires repair, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. At our discretion, product defects will be repaired at no charge when sent at the owners expense to our studio. In the event of damage, we will assess if repairs are possible to the best of our abilities, and provide a subsequent quote for work. Please be advised there may be damage that we are unable to repair, though an outside specialist may be able to assist. If you require additional/replacement parts (ie: purse chain replacement) please contact us for a quote.

Privacy Policy

We collect and store information to better serve you including but not limited to: name, address, phone number, email. We use this information for order processing, follow up service, and marketing efforts. Clients have the right to opt out of marketing and request data deletion if they so choose. Pila Luxuria does not engage in the sale or processing of client data, and uses up to date security technology to ensure your privacy. We will not intentionally sell or share your data with any business or person

Terms and Conditions

Pila Luxuria only sells authentic exotic leather. With this in mind, Pila Luxuria holds no responsibility for potential mismanagement of exotic goods, such as traveling through customs without export paperwork. For simplicity of ownership, we recommend keeping your exotic pieces from our line at home during your travels. This is limited to: crocodile, alligator, shark, and python products. All products not using said materials are under no restrictions and can be brought about freely.

Payments for orders must be complete before shipping, and we attempt to ship your product as soon as possible, ideally within seven days of placement, provided it is in stock. Custom orders such as our Himalayan Service fall under unique timelines and are subject to change from multiple factors such as customs processing. Items are delivered with Standard Shipping from Canada Post under most circumstances, but alternate providers may be used if circumstances deem necessary.
