Returns & Repairs
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Contact us at inquire@pilaluxuria.com to arrange a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receipt at inquire@pilaluxuria.com with photos. We will make it right — either through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Repairs & Aftercare
We offer repair and refinishing services — hardware replacement, conditioning, edge refinishing, structural repair. Repairs are quoted case by case and are a paid service. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, or normal wear is the owner's responsibility. Contact us with photos and we will provide an estimate. Shipping in both directions is at the owner's cost.
Natural Variation
Exotic leathers vary by hide and cut. Scale pattern, colour, and texture will differ between pieces — this is not a defect, it is the nature of the material. Photos on the site are representative, not exact.
Patina
Some leathers — particularly Tarnished Python — will develop a silver patina with wear. This is an expected and natural characteristic of the material, not a flaw. Purchase only if you are comfortable with this.
